RECIPE
For the coffee enthusiast
1. Place a filter in the brewer.
2. Boil the water and leave it for about a minute.
3. Wet the filter with hot water and then dump the water.
4. Add the 20g of ground coffee to the filter and tap it to level the surface of the grounds.
Pour water four to five times in total.
(TIP: Each time pour water enough to wet all ground coffee and pour water again just before all water passes through the coffee bed.)
